Position: Wireless Repair Technician
Reporting Relationship: Store Manager
Full Time/Part Time: Full Time

Position Summary and Job Responsibilities:

Helps out with refurbishing mobile devices and enjoys troubleshooting circuit boards, making repairs and performing rework for design changes. Must have ability to achieve personal production targets while maintaining the required repair quality standards. Involved in hands-on trouble shooting, repair and/or cleaning of mobile devices. Able to read schematics, trouble shoot for faults, repair, refurbish. Responsible for product-associated paperwork, documentation, and the moving, handling, wrapping or packing as necessary to complete routine and non-routine tasks associated with assigned products. Responsible for the cleanliness and organization of personal work-space and assist in overall shop and facility maintenance as required.

Currently, FixAPhone is hiring Service Advisors and Service (Repair) Technicians for new and existing retail stores throughout PA, OH and MN.

They will help our visitors save money on essential home services like Home Automation and Security, Internet, Satellite TV, Home Phone, and Wireless Networks from industry leading brands.

Our process for adding new team members consists of an information session to learn about our company and unique business model. This is followed by select invitees to a group interview, followed one-on-one interviews.
