Position Summary and Job Responsibilities:

A FixAPhone Retail Store Owner is an effective leader who excels at using proven methods and cutting-edge technology to successfully cut costs, streamline operations and increase productivity. They are assertive and enthusiastic, with extensive knowledge of process optimization and an unsurpassed work ethic. They are resourceful and driven to cut costs and boost revenue through innovative management techniques. They are organized and diligent, with excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills. They are successful in building and motivating dynamic teams.


Job Requirements:

FixAPhone is the hottest new wireless retail repair concept combining high end, carrier neutral, device repair with the services that every household uses... all linked through the mobile device. Currently, FixAPhone is hiring Service Advisors and Service (Repair) Technicians for new and existing retail stores throughout PA, OH and MN.

We offer a fun, fast-paced, highly energetic team environment with flexibility, room for growth and very high earning potential.  Our unique brand concept brings together a platform technology centered around love and appreciation for our customers that supports our brick-and-mortar retail outlets in only the best retail locations.

Service Advisors and Service Technicians in our stores and outside advisors beyond the 4 walls, have the opportunity to earn one time and residual commissions (for the life of the customer) in addition to an aggressive base pay. They will help our visitors save money on essential home services like Home Automation and Security, Internet, Satellite TV, Home Phone, and Wireless Networks from industry leading brands.

Our process for adding new team members consists of an information session to learn about our company and unique business model. This is followed by select invitees to a group interview, followed one-on-one interviews.
